When you are about to buy a washing machine and you have narrowed your choice to Samsung and LG, now it is time to know how well do both of these perform? LG and Samsung both of these offer the largest steam washers and washing machines; in Asia these two brands are very high in demand. Samsung also has won many manufacturers awards. The survey that was carried out in 2008 compromised of a few factors, the survey included 3300 consumers.

The factors that were taken in consideration were:

The report showed that the LG was at the top in the list. Then Samsung and then Sears, Kenmore. There was not much difference in points, LG got 831 and Samsung got 829. So, only 2 points set them apart. Kenmore scored 819. So based on this one you can make your decision that Samsung and LG both are bets of the manufacturers. Both of these are the Asian brands that took over the others in the international market that also had established brands from UK and USA.

So as far as I am concerned both these brands are good, so if you are about to buy a washing machine buy a Samsung or LG.
